Headlight HELP!!!

97 a4 2.8
My drivers side headlight is VERY dim (other side is fine). When I kick on the high beams the light goes out completely. I replaced with new bulb (H7) and it is still the same. Any suggestions???????????????? Ground??? Fuse??? Bad harness?? Relay??

Try swapping left and right parts, and see if the problem moves.
