Default Help diagnosing these plugs

I pulled, what I assume, are the original plugs today. (Yes, I'm prepared for the shaming I deserve)

The second from the top plug's middle electrode is burned down. All of them are ashy. The oil stain on the paper towel is from that same plug.

So, I'm guessing the engine is running lean. No CEL lights at the moment, though it does throw a TURBO LOW BOOST CEL once in a while during a sudden deceleration/acceleration action.

I'm going to be replacing the fuel filter soon, but I'm guessing that may not be a problem. Should I be looking at O2 sensors? MAF sensor?

Put some new plugs in there. Make sure they are gapped properly before installing them. If the engine was running lean, you'd get an OBD code indicating as such. How many million miles are on those plugs anyway.. LOL

Yeah the plugs are replaced, used the same Bosch that were in there originally....

They may or may not have had 113k on them. I bought the car with 55k, so i'm not sure. I'd bet money they are original.

This is the summer of catching up on deferred maintenance. This week I'll change the fuel filter. Sometime over the summer I'll change the timing belt, (yee haw), and the tranny filter. I changed the accessory belt and tensioner a few months back.

I've neglected this car way too much in the way of maintenance, except for oil changes and air filters. I have a project car and a mall crawler that I juggle car money with.
