The A/C system of my 96 Audi A4 Quattor is down. The garages changed too much to fix it. I am a student, and could not afford too much. Can some techanics here help to fix it for me? I can pay a reasonable labor reward, and help order needed parts.

If your car has a low pressure valve, you can add R134A.
Buy a can with an attached guage, lubricant and stop leak.

 

You should be able to replace the compressor with normal tools most people have.
