i need help badly

Default i need help badly

hi i have an audi a4 99 1.8t the problem is when i scan it i get a code for p0302 misfire in cylinder 2 now i checked everything i could think of the coil packs are good the computer is good there is power at the coil but no spark??oh yeah and the wiring is good i think??and there is not much more to the system?????please anybody any ideas?????

p0302 = cylinder 2 - misfire detected possible faults are engine mechanical fault, wiring, ignition/fuel system, ECT/MAF sensor, ECM

easiest is to change the plug they can completely fail.second is to chek plug wire.could also be internal wire breakage.if you chek wires at night or in dark,a bad wire will show you its travelling spark.

The ingintion output on your airbox is probably bad. They always fail on cylinder 2. TRy the coil and spark plug swaps to other cylinders to see if it follows. If the misfire remains on two replace the ignition output.
