Default Ignition switch

Well purchased a a4 from previous owner who advised me that when you start the car you have to turn it back urself so it doesnt stay in the start position (like it lost its spring back). Ill called the audi dealer were it was purchased from and they said it can be fixed no charge but its 3-4 hours away and would cost prolly more in gas to take it up there unless it was a 100 dollar plus part.

Is there a part I can buy to diy or do I have to buy a whole new ignition with new keys.

lol and edit for this, called AoA and got in the system. Original owner said I have to go back to his dealer. Well audi said nope since im now in the system I can take to any dealer and get it fixed, woot save me some money now and now no fear of wifey frying the starter since she would forget to turn it back after it started!

Loving my audi more and more as days go on
