so i bought a 01 a4 turbo awd automatic. the oil temp gauge doesnt work. i replaced the sending unit next to the oil filter and it works once or twice while im driving but then just randomly stops. and ideas? and after i get that fixed that will be the last of the maintenance issues. also trying to figure out if i wanna do full exhaust first or intake first. can anyone help me out with this? thanks. and instead of getting a diverter valve. can i just get a regular blow off valve and recirculate it? it will be doing the same thing as a dv would be

 

You can recirculate a blowoff valve if you want. Intakes gain exactly zero hp on these cars. Exhaust may help with spool a little.
