Instrument cluster and button lights on radio stopped working

Instrument cluster and button lights on radio stopped working
All worked well when I drove it home. Started it this morning and noticed the ic and radio button lights were not working. I checked fuse #5 and #15 and neither were blown. Bought a new battery and still nothing!! I need some help
