Hi my cars is juddering at 2000rpm and has a code when scanned with vag com

The car is showing a
18265-load signal
P1857-000-error message from ecu -intermittent
Freez frame
Rpm 736/min

Rpm 0/min
(No units ) 30.0

Voltage 13.04v

I have recently replaced the
Maf for a new Bosch one
4 coil packs
8 plugs
Oil

The car was showing random missfires on cylinder
1 2 5 & 7

But they are not showing now after being re scanned using vag com

I'm wondering what the causes could be as I've read lots on line ranging from
O2 sensors
To
Trimming issues
Plus lots more which is leaving me at a loss of what the rout of the problem is
