Just made my annual pilgrimage to the big L.A. Show at the convention center. Lots of nice new stuff, particularly with the U. S. makes (you've seen all of it already on the car web sites). I was a bit perturbed with Audi's display, though. Only one A3 - kept locked up. One S4 Avant - kept locked up. They did allow you to sit in a new A6, though. Also, no new A6 Avant there. It seemed like Audi had an 'attitude' about there cars on display. Virtually every other make (except the exotics) allowed you to sit in the cars on display - even Jag and Mercedes.

One funny note.. I took my 16yr old dtr and her friend. Stood by a new 911 Carrera and asked her to guess the price. She guessed $45k. She was only off by $108K.
