Default misfire cyl 2

i have a 1999 audi a4 and out of nowhere i was driving it and as soon as i put it in park it started throwing the check engine light and it started idling rough and it lost alot of power.

i hooked the obdII reader and it threw misfire on cylinder 2 and some other stuff. i was wondering if anyone here had an idea of what it could be. my boost gauge is also vacuuming at 10psi which is bad. idk ifi have a vacuum leak or something and thats why my car is running like crap? btw does anyone know where my vacuum line would be?

sorry im a complete noob to my audi so any help will be greatly appreciated.

Check the basics, plug, wire, coil. If it's not any of those come back and let us know and we can diagnose from there.

ok every thing was checked and it is an electrical problem thats causing the misfire. i changed the spark plugs, tested the coil pack and everything and its an electrical problem.

the night before i tried installing a turbo timer for my car but i couldnt get the TT to count down so i took it off, the next day i drove around and it started messing up. im not sure if that is the problem but we'll see. the obdII reader threw SSV code or something like that i cant remember and it read cyl 2 misfire and coolant temp sensor.

i also need a coolant temp sensor. does anyone know how much that would cost me?

Does your 1.8t have an ignition modual on top of the air filter housing? Ran in to that many times.

Id have to agree with the ignition control module being at fault here. If you swapped the coil and plug to a different cylinder and the misfire remained on 2 you probably have a bad icm. They usually fail on cylinder 2 as well.

yeah i was thinking it would be my ICM. anyone have an idea about how much they go for?
also does anyone think my ECU could be bad if its not the ICM.

cylinder 2 has no pulse it still throws gas into the cylinder and everything it just doesnt have any pulse at all. idk hopefully its just my ICM.

Thats way too high. The icm should be 250 tops and about 25 tops for the sensor, o ring, and plastic clip.
