Hey all,

I have 2 x 2GB cards in my B7 loaded with MP3's used everyday and for most part it's perfect.

However, some seemingly random songs dont play right - they play, but its REALLY slow...and I mean REALLY slow, like the first 5 "real" seconds of the song might take 20 seconds or so to play, so obviously it sounds all wrong and really weird

If I take my SD card and plug it into my PC none of the tracks have this problem, they all play normally. The same files also play nornally on an iPod.

It is always the same files which have the problem in the car.

Some albums are all ok, some might have 1 track which plays up, others might have 3 or 4 tracks which play up, but the troublesome ones do not change.

I have checked filenames and ID3 tags, and there is nothing strange, and I have some tracks with the longest filenames/tags which are no problems at all.

Has anyone else experienced this and what is the fix?

oh I forgot to add, this is in an A4 B7 w/SatNav and BT

I have copied some of my songs onto another SD card and gave it to my boss for his R8 brand spanker, and the same songs have the same problem in his car
