Hey new here, I just bought an 01 S4 with Nav, but the nav CD wont go in the Nav unit, it seems like there is a locking mechanism that is stopping it from going in, I dont think theres a cd in there, the eject button's not ejecting anything. Any help would be appreciated.

so you have the Nav+ system. If the CD won't go in, then there isn't much you can do to it i'm guessing.
