I am a brand specialist here at Bert Wolfe and my manager and I have had mixed reviews from customers we have spoke with on the lot about our service department. I was wondering if anyone here has had their Audi serviced by us and how your experience was. We want to use this information to better our processes and make sure everyone is completely happy with both the sales and service end of things so if you have any comments for the sales department feel free to post those as well but service is what I am doing a report on at the moment.
