Default Need help!

I have an 05 Audi a4 Quattro 2.0L turbo. I have been having the error code P0089 for awhile now. At first, if I got on the car, it would cause a cylinder misfire. I replaced all spark plugs and coils and do not "get on it" anymore. The new issue is that sometimes it won't start after driving. Happens at both long or short drives. I wait for any where from 5-60 min before it restarts. During that period when I try to start it it starts to idle normally for a few seconds then spits and sputters and stalls. I have also changed the fuel filter all ready. As I get impatient and try to start it more frequently it just cranks over but won't start at all at that point. After some time it will start though. At least so far. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
