NEED HELP WITH CD DECK INSTALL!!!! please reply
 

Hey,
Im trying to put a Pioneer cd deck into my 97 Audi A4 1.8T....I already bought a wiring harness...the tweeters, fronts and cd player works fine. I hear the rear speakers require additional wiring cutting etc. b/c they are on their own amplifier....could somebody please explain exactly what i must cut and wire for my rear speakers!?!?!?

hey bro i would recomend that you get professionals to do this job. I redid my entire system in my A4 but had circuit city run all my speaker wires and connect them to my 4 channel amp. Listen they charge 60 bucks and its worth it. If you do it yourself you will need to run speakers wire from the back of the deck which means finding out what color is fl,fr,rl,rr . . . and run wire to each of your speakers and hopefully you didnt buy cheap ass speakers that dont come with crossovers or there is no point in having tweets. listen I work at a place that does all this it can be done fairly easy if you hve the right equipment and resources otherwise your sol. bottom line pay someone to do it. and you should expect to pay around 200 for a good set of component speaker w/ crossover i recommend kicker or infinity. and other questions hit me back later!

by the way your wire diagram should be on the top of your stock radio that should give u an idea of where wires are
