I have an 03' Audi A4 convertible. When i open the passenger door it doesn't go down the little bit so when I close the door it remains outside the top. Then I have to get inside and roll it down then back up again so it seals properly inside the top. My friend with a TT told me about a reset but it doesn't help or maybe i'm not doing it right. Window rolls up and down just fine both auto and manual.

Is there something else to try? I searched on here and on the web and haven't found a similar problem.

Please help.
