I have a 99 Audi A4 and I can't lock the doors with the remote or the lock on the door? What could be the problem??? Is it a easy fix??

 

Can you push the locks down with you hand or is it just won't lock with the button. Also, do you hear anything when you try and lock it, like a motor, Our locks are operated by vacume and the pump might not be working, you might just have a leak, its hard to say.
