i had a acciedent a few months back. the car s front right wheel had to to be repaired. no body work just parts.

now after the repairer said it was fixed i am driving it and all i hear now is squeek squeek as the right wheel goes around. fisrts they say, get new discs. so i did, then i need new pads, so i did, then a new stub axel so i did and wheel bearing kit, SO I DID. and the noise is still there.

the noise gets worse when i press the breaks down, souns like somethings rubbing

I would check to make sure the backing plate for the rotor and make sure it isn't rubbing on the rotor.

well i've handed the car back to the repairer and told him to just keepthe car until it gets fixed. At the moment he is completely stumped. He thinks it mightbe that somethings loose and catching as the wheel goes round. If he cant find the problem he's sendingit back to audi for them to look at it. But i dont think that audi will be any wiser.

Ill let u guys know wht ends up happening. In the mean time i have to go i hav a tram to catch.

hey the car is back and making no noise........AND THE WINNER is for the correct guess to what was making the noise. "tractioncontrol" he was right when he thought it was the backing plate rubbing. so the cars back on the road and working fine. Thanks alot guys.
