Hello, my car has about 75,000mi on it and I always change the coil myself. I have been using M1 0w-30 synthetic, you know the grey bottle with green on it. I have been doing research though and now im not sure if thats the best oil I should be using or even the best weight of oil. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Whatever your car says it should be running on, of course! If you are serious about getting it exact, however, remember that the oil you use will probably change from one season to the next. We're warming up here now pretty soon, so you will want to consider an oil that is appropriate for the weather. Here are two links that might help you:
