PLEASE HELP. BFB strange low compression problem.
 

Hi for everyone. So I got a problem on my car and it's strange low compression problem I will try explain it
Well bought car with cam puley pin broken so I replaced with new cam puley set up timing belt all spot on and it started but misfire a lot.
Scanned car had random misfires and cylinder 1 and 2 ok go on compression test and now here is strange every time do compression test on it 1st time all cylinders have 10bar so its good if I do second compression test I got
Cylinder 1- 5bar
Cylinder 2- 3bar
Cylinder 3-10bar
Cylinder 4-10bar
And how many times I try still low on compression but if I leave car overnight and test again next day is again all cylinders 10bars after first test and then again 1 and 2 low on compression. And when it's running cold misfires badly but when warm up it's clears and runs nice.
Checked timing spot on checked chain timing spot on removed head can't see anything wrong on cylinders or head, valves hold not leaking so I'm out of what else could be anyone have any ideas would be great. Thank you a lot.
