Default Power Steering Fluid Leak...NEED HELP

Hello,

I am new to the forums and I am hoping to get some help here. I have a 2000 A4 1.8t and I am contsantly refilling the power steering fluid. Here is a quick overview of what has happened....The car is good shape but has a lot of miles on it, about 154,000. I have done a lot of the work myself because of the costly labor for Audi's. About two years ago I had to replace the power steering hose that goes from the pump, up to the rack. It worked great and had no problems with it at all. Until about 6 months ago when I noticed that the power steering fluid leaks a lot. I refil it almost every other day. My question here is, is there any sort of "stop leak" fulid we can use on our Audi's or is all of that stuff non-compatable due to the mineral oil it uses? I need to find out something to do other than have a costly service done because at this point the car isn't worth a lot and I don't want to spend 1,000 bucks on service.

Thank you for any help or advise you can offer.
