Hello
I have a 2002 a4.About 8 months ago the demister stopped working for a couple of months but was okay again up untill now,when you push the demister button on,the blower goes up to speed and you can here the air trying to go up out of the vents but something is stopping it.
Any ideas on how to fix this much appreciated.

 

where are you from that you call it a "demister"...?

its prolly a bad control head... or the basic setting needs to be ran.

bring it to the dealer and tell them you want them to diagnose it, but before they give you a quote for repair to try to run the basic setting first

the cabin air filter could be clogged with crap and air cant get through it you should check it.
