radiator fan problems!

radiator fan problems!
i have a 2002 audi a4 which i love however the radiator fan cuts on as soon as the car cuts on and has even cut on when the car is completely off and has been off for hours, the coolant level is fine and i have no idea how to fix this or what i need to fix it
