2002 Audi A4 1.8t quattro. Took my car out in the morning to the store and everything worked fine. Came back to my car 1/2 hour later and radio illuminated with no display just solid illuminating red. After pressing the power button a couple times it still did not work, nothing. Now when I turn the car off the illuminating red on the radio panel only stays on. Could it be a fuse or is there a more serious issue here.

Sorry guys and gals... I found some similar posts and think its the fuse. What code would I need and where would I put it in if indeed I did change a fuse?

 

You only have to remove the fuse to cut power and "reset" the radio. The code is entered into the radio using the buttons on the face. Theres a seris of buttons you need to hit to enter the code. Its in the owners manuel and all of this site.
