Radio Problem on 2001 A4
My radio/CD Player/Cassette Player will not play. When I push the button
to turn it on the word SAFE shows on the display. It also shows that a CD
is in the player. The system has worked very well till now. Any ideas what to do?

I next question is, where do I find the security code. I didn't get
the original owners manual when I bought the car. I purcased one
on e-bay recently. I also only have the one key, the remote key.

I had the same problem with my 97 but i found the radio code in the owners manual -in my 01 i had to find it buy going to a local audi/vw shop they got it for me for free.
if you cant do that then go to audi but they will most likely charge you alot.
