Replacing Front Speaker Covers

Default Replacing Front Speaker Covers

Anyone know an easy way with out cracking them? It seems inevitable...

Have you tried removing the door panel first?

Oddest design ever. Theyre actually plastic melted in. Once you get the old one out you have to melt the tabs on the new one in with a heat gun. This of course does require removing the door panel.
