Hi guys I’ll keep it short and sweet.

in my 2016rs3 I was going down the motor way at say a fun speed. Slowed down to a comfortable speed and when I went to plant it I had a very aggressive misfire.

plugged it in and it was cylinder 3. Went through standard procedure swapped plugs and coils and no movement of the misfire, I then compression tested and all came back good, I finally replaced the injector, and the misfire cleared but now cylinder 1 is misfiring …

the misfire only occurs when the engine is warm and under load/boost.

also the end of the plug when the cylinder is misfiring has a slight white ashy colour to the nib of the plug.


Has anyone had any issues like this before ?


my only worry’s is I’ve been running a stage 1 remap for about 8 months (no problems with it) and guiltily I’ve been putting e10 fuel in it 😬
