Still not sure if it is under the dash or in the engine bay. Also with the right hand drive picture... I am not sure if it is on the passenger side or the drivers side if it is in under the dash.

I appreciate the attempted help but it is a little tough to figure out from those pics

 

I think those relays are in the ecm box.
