Im looking at buying a secondhand A4 quattro 1.8t 1997, it has 167,000 km on the clock, it has had its cambelt changed at
100,000 ks just wondering if theres any thing that goes wrong with them when they get up around that figuer in the kms department
any help would be much appreciated

the tubo motors have a problem with oil sludge and the timing belt is more prone to break than on a v6 model, but since you have a new belt it shouldnt be an issue, i just wouldnt race the car. also running synthetic oil is recommended.
