Seek help/advice(06A3 3.2 Quattro) string of issues after offroad

Recently acquired 06 A3 3.2 Quattro. Has 115k miles . When purchased had cel for what was told by previous owner to be in need of new crank sensor which he had intended to deal with before sale but just gave me the sensor he had. WAs running fine. The service light came on, took to mechanic for oil change and address sensor issue. He said was not crank sensor but cam sensor had disconnected due to broken clip on wire connector. He zip tied it in place for a quick temp fix and after service was running strong.
Then I felt confident to drive the nine miles of dirt road to my off grid property. First time taking this car out there. Was driving kind of hard since it was running so strong ) prior to this (side note) I had been noticing a smell like something burning like a fluid leak) after got back on pavement 30 miles later get coolant light. Was loosing coolant. Ended up getting towed when a rear tire had a strip of rubber flapping from the hard tire rubs on dips. Shop fixed coolent issue which was due to a fitting on the block broke/loose. During the driving with violent leaking after stopped for tire car started running really ruff at idle. When picked car up from shop after they said was good to go, and that I had a random misfire and broken motor mount, told I'd be fine to make drive from havasu to so cal(after I got some tires)
so, had misfire on 3 and 5 cylinder. P0303 p0305. I changed the coils and plugs on these 2 and cel cleared running decent but a little bit of rough idle quickly occurred. 100 miles later cel on p0300 p0303 p0305. And some other came up catalyst , maf which I cleaned when did coils and plugs. When replaced coils seemed most of them could easily be pulled out quite easily. Why would the misfire go away on 3 and 5 after new coil and plug then shortly come back? Was planning on replacing the rest of coils and plugs. Should I be replacing the wiring to coils? Anyone have any advice? Also service light came back saying service in 400 3 2 1 with less than 1k since last oil change. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Trying to handle myself if possible before taking to a shop.
