The wife has a 2009 Model A3. I have always complained it takes around 10 seconds from start up to unfold the electric mirrors but now the electric windows are starting to become slow to kick in. ie press and nothing for 5-10 seconds after start up. When they do operate they operate fine.

Is this a switch/motor/software related issue if anyone can shed light on it please?
