Default Squeeky Wheel

I mentioned in another post that my front driver's side wheel is making sort of a squeeking sound (not too loud, cuts in and out, but there everytime I drive) and someone suggested that it is most likely a control arm. They also suggested that I pick them up from ecstuning. When I went to the ecstuning website, they had a few different options and I wasn't sure which ones to get. I figured I'd just get the left and right fronts to take care of both sides at once and have peace of mind. The car is a 2001 1.8T Quattro and my future mods are mostly going to be suspension, wheels, body components, and a little more go (wasn't sure if any of these mods might affect which control arms I purchase). Any suggestions as to which ones I should get exactly, or perhaps if I should just get the oem ones brand new (I can get them at a discount), would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
