The summer is coming and Im getting only hot air.A4 B5
Hello everyone,
I have had a issue with my car for a while and it starts to bother me when the european spring turns in to summer. I only get hot air from my auto-ac, everything else seems to work fine and the ac was serviced last year. (The compressor.etc itself works)
I read the fault codes and got the following errors:
00786-Temp sensor in headliner (G86)
30-00 Open or short to B+
00800-Temp sensor at fresh air blower (g109)
30-00 Open or short to b+
+ the engine temp sensor is faulty too.
Where are the sensors located? One is on the top of the ac unit itself and the other one is where? What should I do, do you suggest attempting to clean the sensors or replace them right away?
Any ideas? Thanks everyone
