Default Transmission problems

Hey guys, im a new member here and im wondering who can help me with locating my tcm in a 2006 a4 2.0t b7. I connected it to a vas and im not getting communication with the ecm or the brake system as well as the steering. The vehicle is jumping gears. Anyone with this problem?

If you car is front wheel drive the TCM (01J) is inside of the back of the transmission.
If it a Quattro (01V) it is located on the drivers side cowling area. Make sure it didnt go swimming.
The fact that there is no communication means something is bringing down the can circuit.
