I have 2 turbos I want to sell, the thing is I don't know if they are Audi compatible

these are off a Volvo 760 I had, they are Garrett t-4's, one is stock, one seriously Modded, they have both Oil and water cooling, seeing that i have a A6 4.2 v-8, I have no clue if they are useable with audis.....
let me know, I would love to post them up here and get rid of them.
