unblock steering wheel

How can i unblock steering wheel of my Audi 80 , its like i cant start the engine , i cant turn the car key into the starter in any directions .

Typically you have to turn the steering wheel a little to the right as you turn the key. At least that is how mine is, otherwise the key is hard to turn.
