Does anybody know where in the VAG COM software you re set service reminders.
I had my 96 a6 vaged and the person could not get the service reminder, biliking 1n.1 in the odometer, to reset. Car had no other codes.

Try adaptation in instrument cluster. Fields for 5,6,7,8 should be set to 12,24,36,48 repsectively. If its a cluster with two ***** try pushing in the right **** with the key off. Turn the key on and then push the left **** in.

press and hold left **** then turn ignition on then release **** and turn right **** to the left till the service light resets
