Does anybody know where in the VAG COM software you re set service reminders.
I had my 96 a6 vaged and the person could not get the service reminder, biliking 1n.1 in the odometer, to reset. Car had no other codes.

Try adaptation in instrument cluster. Fields for 5,6,7,8 should be set to 12,24,36,48 repsectively. If its a cluster with two knobs try pushing in the right knob with the key off. Turn the key on and then push the left knob in.

Thanks, I'll try using the two knobs first.

press and hold left knob then turn ignition on then release knob and turn right knob to the left till the service light resets
