valve cover heat
 

Recently bought a 2004 Audi A4 3.0 quattro. Check engine light came havent had a chance to get it to the shop to be read yet. I noticed my drivers side valve cover was really really hot to the touch but my passenger side valve cover is considerably cooler. Why would there be such a difference on the driver side? Seems like a silly question but Ive never owned an import especially a German import and Im not sure what to expect. Drove it for about an hour prior to checking.
