????? wheel bearing??

On the main 'hub' piece,(of a 99 A4, rear wheel bearing) one of the sway bar nuts, doest seem to have a head?. . . there is a 'cap' ending on it? . .. any ideas how to get it out?

got a pic. also try audidiy.com and audiworldforums. i know there is a good DIY there with pics and everything, thats the one i used when i did my wheel bearing.
