Will water hurt the MAF?
I recently just washed out the engine bay and now my car does not idle correctly. Can water hurt the MAF?

Yes - these engines are far too electrically sensitive to ever wash, and water can screw up a lot of things. Scan for codes and see what comes up - you may have messed up one or more of a lot of things.
