Wiper Fluid Pump Issues 2013 A6 2.0 Quattro
 

2013 A6 2.0 Quattro.

it has been extremely cold, I believe fluid was frozen as I could hear the pump but nothing was coming out. Drove for about 2 hours and figured it would unfreeze it. Tried to spray and nothing, now the pump isn't even making a nice, felt in reservoir and there was a little ice in it but worried I burned up pump. Audi dealership said pump was probably just frozen also, does that happen?

question is should I heat it up with heat lamp and indoors or just not waste the time and effort and take it in, fuse is not blown.
