'01 A6 2.7T Exhaust options?
 

I recently picked up an 01 A6 2.7T Quattro Manual Audi for an amazing deal, low miles, no problems at all, except the front cat on passenger side is going out. The guy got a new car and just didn't want to sink any money into it.

I figured it wouldn't be a big deal because I could do something with the exhaust turbo-back. Hopefully thinking parts I can stay around 1,500 preferably a 1,100 would be ideal? But with Audi I have no idea where to start. Ideas/options?

APR has an exhaust system with downpipes, cats, and test pipes for $1,730, or you could get just the cat-back system for $1,200. Milltek Sport also makes a cat back system for the 2.7T A6, but I can't seem to find any pricing on it. To be honest though, I only did a quick cursory search of the interweb.
