2003 Audi A4 3.0L Exhaust help?!

Just recently purchased my first audi and love it. Can't get enough of jumping in the car and going for a drive almost anywhere. The one thing it seems to be lacking for me is a good exhaust tone. I love my audi, and have been wanting one for a while, but I still can't help but turn down my stereo and listen to a good WRX STI or 370z when they pull up next to me. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction to obtain a better low humming throttle tone similiar to a 370z or G35 Coupe? A link will be below of what I am referring to, sort of new to the whole car customization thing since this is my first real (parents didn't give me their old crap) car from high school. Not on a big budget since I am in college so funds are pretty tight, but don't want the bean in a can tone. Any help is appreciated.

For the 3.0 you're a little limited in exhaust selection unless you get a system custom fabricated, anyway here's what you'd be looking at:

AWE Tuning priced between $1500 and $1600 depending on which tip finish you get
Milltek Sport, probably priced around the same as the AWE
Thermal R&D priced at $1100

There may be others out there, but in the 2003 A4, most of the exhaust/intake stuff is for the 1.8T.

Sounds great, thanks for the advice. I am probably going to have to wait a little bit as I am probably going to come up way short on funds since I am getting my windows tinted pretty soon. Hopefully I am able to find something that works for me for a reasonable price, can't wait to hear the new tone.

Hope everything works out for you. You may also want to have a look at Nemesis Autosport (NEMESIS AUTOSPORT), they may be able to give you a few more options for what you're after.
