Audi allroad 2.7t cat delete

Hello, my name is Will. I recently bought a 2001 allroad tiptronic. Absolutely love the car, but recently I have taken on gutting my downpipes. A little time consuming but not too bad. Anyway getting to my question, can anyone point me to a good main cat delete/straight pipe DIY? Not doing it for hp gains or anything silly like that, but they are clogged and it's either replace them or delete them. And I choose to delete them. I guess you could say I'm slowly going about building my own custom exhaust. I have access to a shop full of all the tools I would possibly ever need so that won't be an obstacle. I'm sure this question has been posted time and time again. I've searched quite a bit (google, this forum) but I can only find obscure references to it, bits and pieces here and there, but no actual detailed write up about doing it on a 2.7t car. If you've taken on this project before, feel free to pm me or whatever with any helpful advice, tips, or tricks. Thank you in advance.

Did you get any codes with cats made free flowing?

You will. You need to code out the secondary O2s in the ECU or use anti-foulers to avoid the CEL.
