cone air filter
 

Hey guys. Recently got an Audi a3 .. Also the first diesel I've ever owned its the 2.0 tdi sport. Anyway had real quick look under the bonnet today ( just a quick look before heading out )
And it seems there may be more to it than just removing the standard box and fitting a cone filter, what about the MAF ? Will this still stay connected is it not just a case of fitting a cone like on petrols.... Had a quick search a few say they've just put it ti there MAF I'll probs have a better idea when I have a good look tomorrow. Also keep seeing about smoothing standard boxes whats this. P.s im only doing
