Cracked Exhaust mani - 2001 1.8t quattro APR chip
 

I've got a cracked exhaust manifold and I'm looking for replacement suggestions. Should I go ahead and replace the down pipe at the same time? Is any manifold really an improvement over stock? I'm pretty much a noob when it comes to this stuff, so the more info the better. Thanks!
