Remus or Magnaflow?

I would like to go with a deeper tone with my 1997 1.8T a4. i only want to change the muffler. i heard remus mufflers on a 2.8 but would it sound the same on a 1.8T? and ive also heard magnaflow and that sounds great too but im not sure what is better. any suggestions?

Replacing just the muffler on a 1.8T wouldn't really make that much difference in sound.

I'm currently running stock piping with Magnaflow muffler and the sound is almost close to stock. Deeper tone but not close to sounds of 2.8 with "just muffler" setup.

I also ran a Remus with bigger piping and high flow cats. I love the sound of that but it gets too loud at times.
