98 Audi A4 Seat Swap From 2000 S4

I have decided it's time to ditch my stock a4 b5 seats. The reason being they are not comfy, not cool looking in any way, and their olive loaf color. Not a very attractive color at all. The car is a 1998 audi a4 1.8t quattro manual. It has manual seats, without heat. The seats that will be replacing them would be from a 2000 s4. The s4 seats are all electric. They are black with silver suede. They look damn good but they would look better in my car. So here's my problem. I know the seats will slide in the side rails fine but how do the middle channel rails bolt down? Plus I have no idea how to hook up the electrical wiring for the power seats. I can do the work but if anyone has any experience doing this or any helpful suggestions that would be awesome. If I can get any help doing this I will post a full write up on it with pictures. Here are two pictures from the internet. My seats are like the a4 guys seat. The second picture is of the ones I will be putting in. Third picture is just for fun. Thank you very much.

your going from manual to power? You need to remove the center rail. You will also need to make mounts for the seat. the holes are there in the floor you jest need to make them work. As for adding power, you will have to fine power seat harnesses, particularly with the heated seat feature. a lot of work to make it happen. i swapped s4 seats in my a4 but it was power to power and a plug and play application.
