Alcantara leather question
 

I'm getting ready to order an A3 and wanted to see if anyone had any positive or negative comments about the alcantara seats with the perforations. A little nervous about getting those seats because my moms car had the leather seats with the perforations and threads started to push through the holes. If you have a thought at all it would be nice to get some feed back.

they use pretty good quality stuff, should be fine.

I sold my A4 for a 2010 Range Rover Sport Supercharged and I'm pretty sure that the suede in the center panels of the seats are alcantara and it still looks good at 75,000 kms. The only thing is that I really don't know how to clean it other than vacuum, wipe and be REAL careful not to spill anything on it.
